Just as yarrow can be found in varying environments, I can be uses in versatile ways as well. Historically used for its antiseptic properties, it aids in digestion while also helping to relax smooth muscle. Wonderful tool to have in your first aid kit.

This bitter herb can be taken orally to help reduce fevers, aid in healing from a cold, flu or related illness, digestive aid, menstrual support. May also be diluted and used on a wound or rash.

Suggested Use

Can be taken on its own under your tongue or diluted in water, however many find that its bitter taste is better suited mixed with an herbal tea, water or juice. Dilution in warm water is recommended for topical use on a wound or rash.

1ml (20drops) or 1 full dropper taken one to two times per day or as directed by your provider.
