True to its Latin name Leonurus Cardiaca or “Lion-Hearted” this herb is a powerful ally in relation to the heart. It is a mild vasodilator and helps balance the cardiovascular system. While also a nervine helping to calm a dysregulated nervous system.
Motherwort has been used as a gentle reproductive aid for painful or irregular menstruation.

Suggested Use
Can be taken on its own under your tongue or diluted in water, however many find that its bitter taste is better suited mixed with an herbal tea or juice.
1ml (20drops) or 1 full dropper taken one to two times per day or as directed by your provider.
