This gentle blend is designed to soothe the nervous system and promote a restful night’s sleep.
This formula is a glycerite which means that the menstrum used to extract the active ingredients from the herbs is a combination of vegetable glycerine and alcohol. This blend is safe for children to use and the amount of alcohol present in a serving is no more than would be found in a ripe banana or kombucha.

Suggested Use
Can be taken on its own under your tongue or diluted in water, however many find that its bitter taste is better suited mixed with an herbal tea or juice.
1ml (20drops) or 1 full dropper taken one to two times per day or as directed by your provider.
